Number 36: Ionic Mountain Bike Tour 10K

On the spur of the moment, one of my tri training buddies, Chris Polowski and I showed up for the Ionic Mountain Bike Tour. It is part of the Sudbury Fitness Challenge, and was a fundraiser for the Northern Cancer Foundation. The goal is to raise money for bladder cancer technology. The event was amazing! Koodos to the organizing committee and the Naughton Trail Center for putting it on.
Chris and I decided to do the recreational 10K. This kept us on the lower part of the course, lots of winding in and out of the bush. Not sure our time, but will update that shortly.
